Paver Patios Built for the Way You Actually Live Outside
Most of our patio projects aren't just a patio. They're the anchor of something bigger — a firepit area, an outdoor kitchen, a pool surround, or a multi-level space that connects your back door to your yard. We design it as one space, not a collection of installs crammed together.
What we build:
Custom paver patios
Paver driveways & front entry upgrades
Pool surrounds & spa decking
Walkways & connecting paths
Circular firepit landing zones
Multi-level outdoor living spaces
Pergola & shade structure integration
We work with Belgard, Techo-Bloc, and other premium manufacturers and as Belgard Master Craftsmen, we're held to installation standards most contractors aren't even tested on.
What “Belgard Master Craftsman” Actually Means For You
Belgard doesn't hand this out to anyone with a truck and a paver saw. It's a manufacturer-verified certification that requires demonstrated installation skill and a track record of quality work.
For you: your patio is being built by a team that knows exactly how to set a proper base, manage drainage under the surface, and install pavers that won't shift, settle, or crack five years from now.
Here’s What Happens When You Reach Out
-
1. The Walkthrough
We come to you. We walk the space together and ask the questions most contractors skip — because the layout decisions on day one affect how the space works for the next 20 years.
-
2. The Proposal
You get a real estimate with actual scope, material options, and honest timelines. Not a ballpark number designed to get you to sign and figure the rest out later.
-
3. The Build
Our crew stays on your project. We don't rotate between five jobs mid-week. You know who's showing up — and they actually show up.
-
4. The Finish
We walk it with you before we leave. Every edge, every transition. If something isn't right, we make it right. Not a policy — just how we work.
We’re Probably Your People If…
You want it done right the first time, not redone in three years.
You care more about what the design actually achieves than finding the lowest number on a spreadsheet.
You're open to a real conversation about layout and materials — because you're hiring us for the expertise, not just the labor.
You've watched a project go sideways before and you'd rather not repeat that.
We work with homeowners across Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, and Murfreesboro who are serious about their outdoor space. If that's you — let's talk.
What Working With Us Looks Like
Clear communication from day one
A crew that shows up consistently and stays on your project
A plan that’s thought through before work begins
A process that stays organized from start to finish
Why That Makes A Difference
Most outdoor projects fall apart in the details: poor planning, inconsistent crews, and gaps in communication. That’s where timelines slip, costs creep, and frustration builds.
We approach it differently so the process feels smooth, the work holds up, and the end result reflects the investment you made.
Are We A Good Fit For You?
You’re looking for a well-thought-out, lasting solution
You’re open to guidance on layout, materials, and approach
You’re more focused on getting it done right than rushing the process or with the lowest bid
Common Questions
-
We won't quote a number pulled from thin air, the real answer depends on your yard, your access, your design, and your material choices. That said, most residential paver patio projects in the Nashville area range from $6,000+, with larger outdoor living spaces running substantially higher. The biggest variables: square footage, paver selection, yard grade, and whether you're combining a patio with walls, a pergola, or a kitchen. Best move: let us walk your space and give you a real number.
-
Most standard patios are done in 3–7 days. Projects that include retaining walls, multiple levels, or combined features typically run 1–3 weeks. We'll give you an honest timeline in your estimate, not an optimistic number designed to close the job.
-
In our Middle TN area, property is a luxury and a well-built outdoor living space opens up the livability of any home. Buyers notice. We've had clients tell us their realtor listed the outdoor space as a key selling feature. We won't promise a specific ROI number, but we've seen it matter enough times to say: it does.
-
Concrete is cheaper upfront. That's its strongest argument. But concrete cracks (it always will) and when it does, repairs are ugly and expensive. Pavers flex with ground movement, drain better, and individual pieces can be replaced if damaged. They also hold up better in Tennessee's freeze-thaw cycles. For permanent outdoor living spaces, we recommend pavers every time.
-
For most residential patios, no permit is required. Where it gets more complex: large patio footprints, retaining walls over a certain height, permanent structures, or significant grading may need one. Requirements vary by city and county in Middle Tennessee. If permits are needed, we handle it all from start to finish.
-
Yes and we assess drainage before we design anything. A patio that pools water that does not drain in 24 hours is a failed project. Drainage is built into how we design base prep, paver slope, and surrounding grade. For bigger issues, we can integrate French drains, channel drains, or full drainage remediation as part of the build.
-
We warrant our workmanship. The products we recommend also provide a product warranty on materials. Specific terms depend on project scope and we walk you through what's covered before you sign anything. Bottom line: if something goes wrong with how we installed it, we come back and fix it.
-
This is actually one of our strongest suits. Nashville and surrounding areas have a lot of sloped yards — which most contractors see as a problem and we see as an opportunity. Some of our best work has been on the yards other contractors told homeowners were "too complicated."
-
Yes, and this is how most of our larger projects work. The patio is the anchor, but the space comes alive when it connects to a covered pergola, built-in firepit, or outdoor kitchen. We design these as integrated spaces, not separate installs bolted together. We have dedicated pages for each of those services.
-
Most outdoor contractors in this market are landscapers who also do hardscaping. We're the opposite — hardscaping is our primary discipline. That focus shows in how we design, how we prep a base, and how the finished work holds up. We're Belgard Master Craftsmen — a manufacturer-verified certification, not a self-designation. And we've built outdoor spaces for some of Nashville's most recognizable names. They value their privacy. Their neighbors usually find us on their own.
